10am - Arrivals with fruit tea/juices
10:15 - 11:15am Yoga
11:15 - 11:30am Deep Relaxation in savasana
11:30am - 12:30pm (ish) - Brunch
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (I have a handful for those that don't have one) and wear comfortable clothing.
Your ticket includes a 60 minute yoga session + 15 minute deep relaxation + continental brunch and refreshments
