In this 2.5hour workshop, we’ll share simple, effective tools to help you stay cool, calm and collected as life becomes busier and brighter. Blending yoga, qigong and practices rooted in ancient wisdom, the session is designed to support your nervous system, balance your energy and help you move through Summer feeling steady and supported.
