A mixed level morning yoga class designed to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and help you start Friday feeling better in your body. We’ll move through a steady blend of yoga, stretching, breathwork, mindful mobility, and myofascial release to release tension and support long-term wellbeing.
Perfect if you spend a lot of time sitting, driving, or working at a screen, or if you often feel stiff and a bit crumpled by the end of the week.
Expect clear guidance, plenty of options, and a supportive space to move in a way that suits your body. Come as you are.
Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water. Two yoga bricks and a blanket are highly recommended. You may also wish to bring myofascial balls, a strap, and an eye pillow though these will be provided.
