This is a single class for anyone at Intermediate level in Rope or Silks who wants to improve their existing skills. This class will be taught by Sue Fee and there are only 6 spaces available to guarantee plenty of tutor contact time.
This 90 minute class will involve a warm-up (including some conditioning on and off the equipment) before moving on to learning some beautiful moves and sequences. The class will end with a relaxing cool-down.
The class will run on Monday 24th August, at 7:30pm-9pm.
Please note the class must be booked in advance of attendance.
If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of Covid or any other contagious illness please do not attend class.
Greentop reserves the right to cancel this class with 7 days' notice in the event of it being undersubscribed. In this case your full fee will be reimbursed.
If you purchase a place on this class and subsequently find that you are unable to take it up please email assistant@greentop.org to let us know. We will try and resell your place in which case you will be reimbursed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you unless we resell your place, and this is not guaranteed.
Any refund will be subject to a £2.50 fee (for refunds up to £20) or £3.50 fee (for refunds over £20) to cover bank charges.
New participants should arrive up to 15 minutes early in order to fill out a medical/ consent form.
Please wear clothing which covers your skin (including a long-sleeved top), but nothing with zips, studs etc. and no jewellery which may damage the equipment. Also ensure nails are short. If the tutors consider that you are inappropriately dressed for the activity, you may not be allowed to take part and a refund will not be offered.
