An online guided practice that integrates four core principles of Ashtanga Yoga—Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), and Dharana (concentration). Join live or use the video.
This class is designed for students who are comfortable with their practice. It is not physically demanding, but it does require a level of familiarity with body awareness, extending and relaxing, and careful use of props.
You can join live or use the recording which will be sent to you afterward. It is available until the next session, so you can practice in your own time. Occasionally you may receive a link to a pre-recorded session.

Flexible Booking & Discounts:
Book 4 classes for a 10% discount, with flexible cancellation and transfer options. Simply select the dates you'd like to attend and add them to your basket—after the fourth class, the discount will be automatically applied.
