A workshop with senior teacher Rachel Lovegrove.
Rachel runs Orange Tree Yoga. She began her yoga teaching career in 1998 and is now an internationally renowned Senior Level Iyengar yoga teacher, with 25 years of teaching and mentoring experience. She runs retreats and workshops, day courses and weekends as well as an annual Iyengar Yoga Festival in Hampshire.
There's plenty of equipment at Dorchester Yoga Centre but you may want to bring your own blankets.
