This postnatal recovery class blends Pilates-based movement with deep core and pelvic floor rehabilitation — designed specifically for women navigating life after birth, whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postnatal (or beyond).
Led by Sherry, an experienced postnatal coach and women's wellness expert, you'll be guided through purposeful, breath-led movement that prioritises form, function, and long-term strength — not quick fixes or “bouncing back.”
This isn’t about doing crunches or chasing soreness. It’s about re-educating your body, re-engaging your deep stabilising muscles, and restoring your foundation — all with intelligent, Pilates-informed exercises tailored for your postnatal body.
Core Restore is ideal if you:
✔ Have abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
✔ Need to reconnect with your pelvic floor
✔ Want to rebuild postural control and deep core strength
✔ Prefer calm, evidence-based movement over high-impact hype
✔ Are ready to feel strong, steady, and supported again
Expect low-impact, mat-based Pilates sequences, gentle functional flows, breathwork, and somatic awareness to support recovery in both body and mind.
All equipment is provided. Babies are welcome, and crying is always allowed — from either of you.
