Pillow Talk Pilates is your invitation to slow down, move gently, and soak up some sweet girl time.
We’ll start with a 35-minute chill mat Pilates class—soft, grounding, and feel-good (bring your mat, all other equipment is provided). Dress code? Cozy + cutesy encouraged: pajamas, matching sets, fuzzy socks… yes please
After class, we’ll settle in together with a Ciao drink of your choice, and enjoy time just being women—chatting, laughing, connecting, and making new friends. Bring a journal- we’ll do a couple of short, heart-opening journaling prompts together (no expectation to share)

It’s girl time and you are so welcome here! No Pilates experience needed!
Please dress cozy (sweats, pajamas, whatever works), bring a mat and a journal. We’ll take care of the rest!
