Lie down and relax to deeply soothing vibrations and Sacred Sounds of many instruments of diverse heritage, all of which nurture, restore and delight the nervous system, promoting deep healing, happiness and vitality...
We may start with a few gentle stretches to ease out your day, before lying down, wrapped up warmly in blankets. You will experience the sound and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls (the Goddess bowl will be placed on your abdomen if you wish), crystal bowls, Chinese Wind Gongs, vocal toning, shamanic drumming, rattles, bells.... thus part of a group experience and individual healing.
The vibrations activate the Relaxation Response and a plethora of positive physical and emotional health benefits - including lowering blood pressure, help self regulate, relax muscles and reduces tension, pains reduces as endorphins increase, improved circulation... etc Heart-centered Meditation, some mantra and a healthy refreshments to end will help bring you back to Yourself.
We supply mats and some cushions, but we recommend you bring along whatever you need to feel really comfortable - blankets, extra socks, cushions and a mat if you need extra comfort (we supply mats & blankets for everyone but only you know what you need). Don't forget to wear layers as your temperature will drop when you are still.
