This 90-minute Yin Yoga workshop is an opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through gentle, long-held stretches and guided relaxation, you’ll be supported into a calm and quiet space—both physically and mentally.
Yin Yoga is a slow and restful style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle. It works deeply into the connective tissues (fascia) and supports the natural flow of energy through the body.
Spring Theme – Renewal & Flow
This workshop is inspired by the energy of spring—a season of growth, expansion and new beginnings. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is linked to the Liver and Gallbladder meridians (energy pathways in the body), which are associated with creativity, flexibility, decision-making and the smooth flow of energy.
Through carefully chosen Yin postures, we’ll gently work along these pathways—encouraging openness through the hips, legs and sides of the body, and supporting:
• A sense of ease and flexibility
• The release of built-up tension
• Calmness and emotional balance
• Space for new energy and clarity
This workshop is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners or those new to Yin Yoga. Options and variations will be offered throughout, so you can move at your own pace and feel fully supported.
Whether you’re looking to unwind, stretch, or simply take a pause from a busy life, this is a space to rest, reset and restore.
Props & Comfort
Props will be provided, but you are very welcome to bring your own blankets or pillows to make your space feel extra comfortable.
Equipment will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
Parking is available at the front of the hall and along the road.
