Join us for a week-long yoga retreat in Italy, held in a beautiful villa near the Abruzzo coast.
This retreat has grown out of a shared love of daily practice, good food, beautiful places and unhurried time. It is centred around morning yoga and evening meditation, with plenty of space in between to rest, swim, walk, talk — or simply be.
This retreat is hosted by Rachel and Dionne:

The Rhythm of the Week
Each day follows a steady, nourishing structure:
• Morning yoga practice
• Breakfast and time to rest or explore
• Light lunches and free afternoons
• Evening meditation to settle and integrate
• Evening meal together (Two to three meals away from the Villa)
On some evenings we’ll head out together to experience the local culture — an agriturismo, a sunset aperitivo by the sea, or a nearby hill town. At other times, the villa offers everything needed for a quieter evening in.

The Setting
The villa is located close to Torino di Sangro, in the Abruzzo region — an area known for its coastline, olive groves, vineyards and open landscapes.
Between sessions there is time to:

• Swim in the sea
• Read, journal or rest
Nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced.
