Sunday Summer Reset and Relax with Sue, Jamie and Janet

Join us for an afternoon of reset, rest and relaxation, where we’ll all share space, community and peacefulness in the beautiful garden at South View and the enchanting orchard @kurloon Source Well-being Retreat
You’ll be welcomed with an immune busting juice shot, followed by energising breathwork guided by Janet. We’ll settle in with warming cacao and Sue will give you an introduction to the beautiful doTERRA Essential Oils – her natural medicine cabinet. Sue says “They have totally transformed my life from living with mental health issues, and now managing those issues daily with the oils”

Then we’ll take a short stroll to the wonderfully calming orchard where you’ll be immersed in sounds of nature alongside a relaxing Soundbath with Janet playing singing bowls, gong and gentle percussion. and Reiki healing with Jamie. Reiki and sound are a beautiful energy combination, healing, restful and restorative and Jamie is an amazing reiki practitioner .
You’ll leave feeling fully rested, experienced the natural power of essential oils and absolutely relaxed through the energy of reiki and sound .
You’ll be given a rollerball, various options available, which you can make up yourself from the doterra oils and a 5ml bottle of the most beautiful Wild Orange Essential Oil and a goody bag.
