Get ready for a wild night time dance session to some absolute bangers!
From Prodigy, Chase and Status, and Shy FX to Major Lazer, Bomfunk MC, and anything else that gets us raving! Expect some surprises too—maybe a little Destiny’s Child, Rita Ora, Cardi B, or Missy Elliott to mix things up. 🎶 (drum and bass, house, club classics, RnB, Dancehall and anything else we fancy)
We’ll be moving to easy-to-follow choreography, squeezing in a few squats, sweating it out, and letting our hair down—all under those dark, club-like lights! 🤘
As a mum, I created this space for my fellow mammas to come and party in a safe, non-judgmental environment (because we don’t get to do that enough!). But all women are welcome—whether you’re a mum or not!
Just a heads-up: this one’s adults only—no little ones invited, as it’s going to get loud! 🔊
It’s 50 minutes of non-stop fun. While the class is open to all, it’s not ideal for new mums, so if you’re unsure, please reach out before booking.
Note: Our classes and events are inclusive and open to marginalized genders, including women, women-identifying individuals, and non-binary and gender non-conforming people who feel comfortable in a space centred around the experiences and empowerment of women
Bring water, nothing else needed. Wear clothes you’re comfortable exercising in (neon very welcome and encouraged!)
We sometimes take short videos in class, mostly the instructor is visible and we pan the class for brief moments (who are not very visible with the lighting) if it is important to you not to be seen on camera at all please do make contact.
