Tinies Baby Massage: From Birth to 20 Weeks
Discover the perfect way to bond with your newborn during the precious ‘fourth trimester.’ Led by Julie Keys, these sessions offer a safe, supportive space to navigate the whirlwind of early motherhood while learning invaluable skills to soothe and nurture your baby.
In this 5-week block, you will learn:
Soothing Techniques: Relieve colic, wind, constipation, and teething pain.
Better Sleep: Gentle strokes to help your baby relax and settle for longer.
Developmental Support: Promote sensory awareness and motor skills.
Parent Connection: Build your confidence and meet a community of local Hamilton mums.

Wednesdays: 26th Aug - 23rd Sept @ 11.30am
Thursdays: 27th Aug - 24th Sept @ 11.30am

Class Details:
Cost: £40 for the 5-week term.
Venue: St Mary's Episcopal Church, 4a Auchingramont Road, Hamilton.
Niveau: For babies from Birth to 20 weeks
Before You Join Us:
✅ Arrival: Doors open 5 minutes before class.
✅ Kit: Bring a blanket and massage oil.
✅ Safety: Perform a 24-hour oil patch test.
✅ Cleanliness: Please take all nappy waste with you.
✅ Time: Classes are 60 minutes long.
Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on, which you can place on top of our soft floor mats.
Class will last 1 hour.
