Family sessions that combine yoga, movement, mindful moments in nature and play, giving children (and grown-ups!) the chance to connect, get active and enjoy being outside without screens, schedules or pressure!
🌿 Creating lasting memories together 🌿
Simple yoga with opportunity to participate as much or as little as you would like, playful games, nature-inspired activities, sensory exploration and plenty of opportunities to notice, wonder and have fun together.
This session comprises of an adult led yoga & movement session (35/40mins) with an added bonus of an hours free play.
Activities will include arts & crafts, mud kitchen, physical play, bubbles and more..

It can be a few degrees colder in the garden, so please wear layers. Waterproofs always advised.
