Through movement, yoga, mindfulness, craft activities & games children are supported to develop confidence, resilience and self esteem. This block, 'I can do it!' is all about developing a positive ' can do' attitude where we know it is possible to learn from our mistakes, and to come back better and stronger.
What did Humpty do when the wall fell down?
Loads of positive self talk, affirmations, medal and trophy making and of course, confident yoga flows! We will also make medals and enjoy lots of games that will help us figure things out and solve problems.
Nothing needed, just come and be yourself.

The Church have asked that all visitors park in the car park opposite ( 50p per hour ) or on surrounding streets.
Access via the blue door. A ramp leads to the door.
Due to the hall hire agreement I have been told the blue door must remained shut at all times. I will greet you at the entrance at 9.25am ( or 5 minutes before the start of the session) but will need to be prompt locking the door and starting the class.
If you are late ( it happens to us all!) please ring the bell and I will ask someone to let you in.
There is ample space for bringing and parking buggies.
