When life feels full, fast, and constant, it can start to feel like everything is building up.

The mind stays busy.
The body holds tension.
And your internal “stress bucket” slowly fills — often without space to empty it.

This session is about creating that space.

Rest & Revive – From Overwhelm to Calm is a deeply calming, immersive experience designed to help your nervous system settle, while also giving you simple, practical ways to release stress and prevent that feeling of overload.

It is especially supportive if you feel overwhelmed, mentally busy, constantly “on,” or find it difficult to fully switch off.

Through a blend of hypnotherapy, gentle breathwork, and somatic relaxation, you’ll be guided into a deeply settled state where the body can begin to release tension and the mind can quiet naturally.

Alongside this, you’ll be introduced to simple, effective tools you can use in daily life to:
✨ create space in your system
✨ reduce build-up before it becomes overwhelming
✨ feel more in control of your stress responses
✨ return to calm more easily

This is not about analysing stress or trying to force change.

It’s about understanding your system —
and learning how to support it in a way that feels manageable and real.

The session is held in a calm, sensory environment including candlelight, essential oils, steam eye masks, and headphones with carefully curated music.

A space where there is:
– no pressure to relax
– no expectation to feel a certain way
– nothing to achieve

Simply time to pause, reset, and create space — both in the moment and beyond it.

You will also receive a hypnotherapy recording after the session to support you in continuing to release stress and feel more grounded at home.

Instruktioner

To help you feel comfortable and get the most from your session, please read the following:

You don’t need to bring anything, as everything required for the session will be provided.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing, as the body can cool during deep relaxation. You may find cosy layers or fluffy socks helpful.

As you’ll be lying down with an eye mask, it’s best to avoid wearing contact lenses or heavy eye make-up.

There is no need to arrive early, as time is needed to prepare the space fully before welcoming you in.

You will be asked to remove your shoes at the door to keep the space clean and comfortable, as the session takes place lying down.

Herbal tea will be provided after the session, and you are welcome to bring water if you would like.
