An afternoon spent on a beautiful Lawn under the Majestic Weeping Willow Tree, where a gentle Yoga sequence will be led followed by a guided meditation. This Activity of Yoga on The Lawn by Laura Lives Lovingly has been a popular activity for 3 years through out the summer months. Afternoon Tea is then served from produce grown on the farm which is different every session.
This Taster session is an abbreviated version of the full experience, specially designed to fit in with The Lincolnshire Wolds Outdoor Festival. The session will consist of of a 60min session of gentle Yoga & Meditation. Then 60min opportunity to share a hot drink and sweet treat while finding out what produce and activities are available at the Farm over the Summer.
A donation pot for St Barnabus will be out for donations for Hot Drinks and Food
Please know in case of rain this event is still able to go ahead from under the glass house, so come rain or shine, this event is secure.
Please know there is now a small cost to participate in this event due to the high number of last min cancelations last year. Thanks very much for your understanding.
Please bring a yoga mat and cushion if you have one. A blanket for the relaxation and water bottle too. And some change for the donations table and produce table.
