It’s your favourite teddy bear’s birthday party!
Join us for a teddy bear’s picnic tea party! With traditional storytelling ‘we’re going on a bear hunt’ fun sensory adventure activity, mini-den building for your bears and a gift for your little one and their teddy bear!
This session is aimed at children from confidently walking to around 6 years, but babes-in-arms and older siblings are welcome too.
PLEASE NOTE: A responsible adult is expected to attend with the child. Our staff are unable to provide 1:1 supervision.
We will cook a simple snack on the campfire with refreshments and a warm cuppa for adults but you are welcome to bring along a picnic and of course a teddy bear!
You may like to bring along a picnic rug and/or camping chair.
Dress for the weather!
WEATHER
Our holistic learning ethos is all about play outdoors no matter the weather. There is no such thing as bad weather as the saying goes... We have plenty of shelters available, as well as a yurt and any that the children choose to build!
However, there are certain weather conditions that will affect the running of the group where deemed unsafe- namely high winds (above 40mph), electrical storms and severe snow and ice.
The staff will stay informed of the weather conditions. We will always try to give 24 hours notice of closure, however we may need to cancel on the day if weather changes suddenly / overnight. We will inform parents by text and email. In the case of cancellation we aim to reschedule the session.
