Baby Yoga (3-11mths)

This is a playful session that supports your baby's physical, emotional and social development through movement and sensory play.

We'll be building skills that lead to:

• Rolling
• Sitting
• Standing
• Reaching
• Grasping
• Taking turns & lots more!

Each session is adapted to the age & stage of development of the babies present, and is completely baby led - meaning no pressure to join in, and that you can feel comfortable meeting your baby's needs at any point during the session.

Baby Yoga is suitable for ALL babies, including those with sensory impairments, physical disabilities, neurodiversity and developmental delay - Rosie has had additional training in adapting for individual needs and has extensive experience teaching in SEN schools. Please let us know on your booking form if you feel there anything we need to know about you/your baby's needs.

The sessions include 30-40 minutes of teaching followed by 20-30 minutes of sensory play for the babies and time to chat for the adults. This class is designed to fill your cup too!
