Join me for a unique sound bath healing experience, where we focus on resetting and recharging our 7 energy centres known as the chakras.
This session will take your relaxation to new heights, suspended in the hammock you will feel cocooned, safe, warm and supported, all adding to your sound healing experience.
I will then gently guide you through each of the bodies energy centres. You will be invited to place your hands on each chakra asw we systematically work through each one allowing you to connect more deeply with your own energy.
Combined with the healing vibrations of the sound therapy, this process helps to clear, align and rebalance the chakras leaving you feeling grounded, centred and restored.
Please note all aerial sound healing sessions take place from the Grace Wellness Yoga studio in Kirkcaldy and not from my cabin in Kinglassie.

The studio is lovely and warm but for your own comfort you may wish to bring along a blanket to place over you and a pillow for extra support for the neck.
Please wear comfortable clothes and cosy socks may be a good idea too.
Water for afterwards is a good idea too as sound healing can be thirsty work.
Please remember sound healing is not suitable for anyone who has a pacemaker or is pregnant.
Special care must be taken for those with Epilepsy - please gain consent from your doctor, prior to class.
