A mixed level yoga class, suitable for all, beginner's welcome.
We will work on postures that improve strength, flexibility, coordination & balance whilst building awareness of the breath with mindful awareness to help restore balance and calm the mind.
We will also look at our unhelpful habitual breath patterns, and explore techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress levels.

A yoga mat (beginner's welcome to borrow one for their first few sessions)
Any other yoga props you wish to use
A blanket / warm layers for relaxation

New Student Taster session
This one off ticket is for new students only (i.e. those who have not attended a yoga class with me in the past) - I encourage people to try out my class before committing to the block as there are so many styles of yoga and teachers vary in their intentions and specialisms. This ticket may only be used once, after that either Drop in (for experienced yogis), or Half term block booking (for those new to yoga) should be made if you wish to continue. Thank you.

Purchasing a course ticket is cheaper and guarantees access to the class. If you miss a class within the term dates you are welcome to attend my Tuesday evening class to make up for it (please advise me beforehand - subject to availability).

A limited number of drop in tickets are available two days prior to the class date - subject to availability. Drop in tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is recommended that beginners book for the block.
