Luke’s sound journeys incorporate an array of sound tools being introduced in succession. These include Earth-tone gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, & more.

What to bring:
Yoga mats, blankets & bolsters will be provided. Feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
Eye masks will be provided.
Please bring a bottle of water.
There is underfloor heating but body temperature can fluctuate during a sound session, so I would recommend bringing socks & a jumper just in case you need them.
This session is not recommended for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy.
