Come and join us for a luxurious day in the heart of 350 acres of rolling countryside in Wootton Wawen near Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire.
We'll be in the yurt which is a lovely warm and inviting place to practice yoga, and we'll start with a slightly more energetic practice to get the body warmed up and feeling invigorated, before we start to slow down.
A delicious and nutritious lunch will be served to us in the beautiful and inviting dining room, in the main farm house. Lunch, all drinks, and afternoon cakes and bakes are included in the price. Most dietary preferences can be accommodated.
There will be a guided walk around the part of the estate, or if you just want to chill, that is absolutely fine. The afternoon will see a real slowing down, of restorative yoga and yoga nidra (relaxation) and sound, to really unwind us and reduce stress, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

All mats, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters are provided by the venue, so no need to bring your own, unless you prefer to. All equipment is cleaned before use, by the venue.
