Experience Deep Restoration through Sound Healing at Parc Dewi Sant - Studio 5678
Metis Sound Healing & The Metis Wellbeing project is back at Parc Dewi Sant to offer another powerful Sound Healing session on Saturday 31st January 10am.
As you may already know the Chapel is currently unavailable to use but Studio 5678 have kindly offered us their room on site.
These sessions will be delivered as part of Carmarthenshires community cohesion project and absolutely everyone is welcome 🙏
Session Times:
10:00 - 11:00am
Booking is essential, as spaces are limited to 20 people per session.
There will be spaces to lay down or sit depending on your preference.
There will be approximately 20 floor spaces available for those who wish to lie down and fully immerse themselves in the healing vibrations.
It will be first come first serve bases for spaces but if you are coming to lay down we recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for maximum comfort. A limited number of spare mats will be available if you don't have your own.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is a therapeutic experience that uses vibrational instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, and shamanic drums to guide the body and mind into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.
These rich, resonant frequencies can:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve sleep and mental clarity
Support emotional release and energetic balance.
Promote a sense of peace, presence, and inner alignment.
Whether you are new to sound healing or a regular attendee, this is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

Each session is completely free, but donations are welcome. Any contributions received will go directly to supporting Metis Wellbeing in delivering ongoing community wellbeing projects.
