Join us for a day of movement, creativity, and connection at The Middle Floor!
This is a chance to taste some of our class offerings before you commit to a course pass. Whether you're looking to stretch, sweat, or dive into improvisation, we’ve got something for everyone at every level.
This Open Day is apart of the of the Between the Bricks event series, which is a new archival film project between The Middle Floor, Wharf Chambers and Serf. Sam, the film maker from Between the Bricks, will be on site from 11am to answer any questions about the project.
What’s On:

Come and try out our new yoga class! Start your day with an energising flow to wake up the body and mind. Led by new class teacher Faustine Andrieux!
● 11am-12pm: Beginners Contemporary ● Studio 1 ●
Come and try out Beginners Contemporary! Join class teacher Emma Read for this taster session, focusing on the fundamentals of Contemporary Technique, to find your flow and get motivated.
12pm-1pm: Sustainable Photography Gallery ● Studio 2 ●
We’ll be displaying work from Sustainable Photography! Come and have a gander, and chat with class teacher Georgie Holt to find out more about this course.

● 1pm-2pm: Dynamic Floor ● Studio 1 ●
Come and try out Dynamic Floor! Join class teacher Mara Osorio and get a taste of our regular advance level floor work class!
1pm-2pm: Life Drawing ● Studio 2 ●
Come and try out our brand new life drawing class! Led by new class teacher Seren Oakley, this taster will be an opportunity to explore a range of techniques and concepts suitable for artists of all levels.
● 2pm-3pm: Intermediate Contemporary ● Studio 1 ●
Come and try out Intermediate Contemporary! Join class teacher Euan Stephen for this taster session and take a deeper dive into contemporary dance and performance!
3pm-4pm: Roadhouse Mini Performance ● Studio 1 ●
Roadhouse is a bi-monthly night of improvised performance, co-hosted by Eleanor Sikorski and Lewys Holt at The Middle Floor. Roadhouse will be sharing a mini-performance as part of our Open Day.
