A new introductory ballet class for adults of all ages focusing on basic technique, posture, coordination, and musicality.
Niveau: Beginner
For any new dancers joining us, please enter the community centre where staff will help guide you to the small hall. Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of the class so you can sign in.
I recommend wearing activewear and bringing along a pair of socks until you decide whether to invest in some ballet shoes - always happy to give my recommendations here.
