Meet Leighton Rees - International dancer/choreographer who started dancing in his hometown Cardiff where he was self-taught and then went on to train in London, Los Angeles and across Europe. Leighton was part of world renowned dance company Dance 2XS UK, where he trained with top industry dancers and choreographers.
Leighton has trained in a variety of Street Dance styles such as Hip Hop, House, Voguing and Breaking which have all influenced his unique style. Leighton is a member of The Royal Iconic House Of Milan - a Ballroom house founded in the US in 1989.
In 2020 Leighton founded the Welsh Ballroom scene becoming the trailblazer of Wales. His impressive credits include Black Eyed Peas, Erykah Badu, Bree Runway, Cakes Da Killah, Shola Ama, Chris Lee Chinese Tour, Glitterbox, Paradise, Defected, He She They, Adidas, Pepsi, Captain Morgan, and BBC.
