1 day ceremony around a Sweatlodge theme which is linked to the season we are in. We begin by preparing ourselves for the lodge, before going through the ceremony which lasts 2-3 hours. Finally, we feast at the end as we share and ground before heading home revitalised and renewed.
January 2026: Ceremonial Sweatlodge of the Owl (wisdom, legacy, endings)
April 2026: Ceremonial Sweatlodge of the Eagle (goals, manifestation, new beginnings)
July 2026: Ceremonial Sweatlodge of the Mouse (overcoming challenges, summer)
October 2026: Ceremonial Sweatlodge of the Bear (turning in, letting go, standing in power)
