Each Wednesday will carry a different theme, creating a slightly different feel each week.

Wednesday 6th May – Tropical Storm ⛈️
Feel the invigorating effects of the storm with 360° sound.
Wednesday 13th May – Angelic Sound Bath Angelic inspired session, soundscapes, and Angelic Reiki energy healing.
Wednesday 20th May – Gong, Drum & Voice Diving deep into the sounds of the drum, with crystal bowls, extended gong and vocals from Tom to deepen the experience.
Wednesday 27th May – Return to the Heart Soundbath. Space to reconnect with self love and compassion.
We begin with a short introduction, meditation and gentle breath, before moving into an immersive sound journey with energy healing.
All sessions closes gently with a herbal tea, and you are welcome to pull an angel oracle card if you feel drawn.
As always, beginners are welcome. No experience needed.
Please bring:
Warm comfy clothes
A thick blanket
A pillow
Yoga mats and eye masks are provided.
