About the Sound Bath:
You will be guided through a 60 minute multi-instrumental sound healing journey aimed at relaxing and rejuvenating the body, mind and soul. The therapeutic frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Acoustic Voice and accompanying instruments, will support you to slow down, de-stress and relax your nervous system.
About your host - Maisie May (@maisiemaygreen):
Maisie is a CMA Accredited Sound Practitioner & Founder of House of May Wellbeing.
Her mission is to create safe spaces for seekers along their journey of self-discovery in the modern world.
Combining the use of the gong, crystal singing bowls, her voice, and accompanying instruments, Maisie guides listeners on a journey through their inner landscapes, encouraging self-inquiry and self-acceptance.
Maisie's sound baths are a place for you to witness yourself fully, with love and compassion.
We will have some mats available but please bring anything that will make you comfortable; Blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc.
Ticket includes a very tasty sweet treat, coffee and tea.
Please bring lots of warm clothes as your body temperature will drop as you relax.
