Signalling is a huge part of successful defence. Come along and learn how to improve communication with your partner, resulting in maximizing tricks you can take against those opposing contracts.
Defenders can't see their partners' hand, but they can exchange information to each other by the card they play to each trick - these are signals. You can signal all sorts of information to partner in different circumstances, come and find out how.
OBC is lucky to have welcomed Graham as a member. Those playing on Wednesday nights, or Friday cross-IMPS pairs, have benefitted from his post-play insights into what they might have done during bidding and play.
Graham's recent wins include the Tollemache, the NICKO, the Hubert Phillips and this year's East Festival Swiss Teams.
This session is recommended for people with an NGS of 6 and above.
Niveau: Intermediate
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts at 10.00. This will give you time to register, get a drink and find a seat. There are 3 hour parking places in the road around the bridge club.
