Brush up your Bidding

This course is aimed at students who have completed the Bridge for All courses or those who would like a refresher on the topics listed.

These sessions are designed to give you additional tools to improve your bridge and help you understand techniques used by your opponents.

Steph Bliss is an experience teacher and bridge player who will skilfully guide you through these topics.

Sessions will normally consist of 30/40 minutes tuition and 80/90 minutes playing hands to practice what you've learnt.

1. Losing Trick Count
2. Jacoby 2NT bid after the opening of a major suit
3. Reverses/Fourth Suit Forcing
4. Two Suited Overcalls
5. Cue Bidding and Roman KeyCard Blackwood
6. "Wriggle" after partner's 1NT opener is doubled
