As a result of incidents at last year's End of Season Ball, it was suggested that the format should be changed to Adult Only. However, after careful consideration, the management committee has decided to permit under-18s to attend, subject to strict conditions. One of these will be that under-18 attendees will be required to sign and abide by a set of rules of behaviour. Please see the attached document.
Please also be aware that under-18s may not attend unless accompanied by their family parent/guardian, or a nominated parent/guardian from another family if that person agrees to take responsibility for them.
