You must arrive at 4.30pm to check in with the QR code you will be emailed before the event. You must have your QR Code with you to access the headteachers speech which starts at 5PM

Please note if you have not arrived by 4.45pm- your space may be re-allocated.
After the Headteachers speech you will then have a guided tour of the school
A maximum of 3 tickets will be available per family. Please note that for Health and Safety reasons we have a maximum number permitted in our hall.
When booking tickets you must book tickets for all adults and all children attending where they require their own seat. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional children .

We have very limited parking on site which is subject to parking charges from an external provider. Coombe Wood School does not accept any responsibility for car parking charges incurred whilst on site. Lloyd Park, which is only a five minute walk from the school, has free parking for three hours.
