Hi, I'm Claire - the founder of Paradise Yoga and your yoga teacher.

Paradise Yoga is my little yoga studio in the back garden of my house, overlooking Pittwater in Avalon Beach, NSW.

I've been teaching gentle yoga to all sorts of people since 2015, and I love it! I especially love sharing this beautiful tranquil space with people like you.

I am the only person who teaches here, so all classes are run by me.
