Pre-Ffit Classes

Pre- Ffit is the next level up from a Strength and balance class. The class includes more stamina work, standing strengthening exercises, with seated options, balance exercises, with support options, and exercises which develop skills for increased confidence and ability to do more challenging activities, such as getting up from the floor. Equipment required: resistance band.
