As winter’s stillness begins to soften and the light gently returns, we gather in sacred ceremony to connect with the spirit of cacao — a heart-opening medicine that nourishes and awakens inner wisdom. This is a sacred container for those ready to step into the next level of their spiritual path, for souls committed to growth and deeper alignment.
We come together in the current of the Fire Horse — an energy of momentum, courage and embodied transformation. The Fire Horse carries a bold, intuitive flame. It invites you to move forward with trust and to act from instinct rather than hesitation. This evening is about activating that frequency within you — stirring what has been dormant and allowing your inner fire to lead.
On the 17th of February there is an annular Solar Eclipse — a powerful moment of cosmic reset. Eclipses shift timelines and illuminate what is ready to change. They clear what has reached completion and open a doorway into a new chapter. This evening is designed to work with that threshold energy, supporting release and conscious recalibration.
You will work in harmony with cacao, supported by breathwork and the transmission of Light Language and personalised light codes.
Light Language is the expression of the soul’s connection to Source — a frequency that moves beyond the thinking mind and speaks directly to your energetic blueprint. During the evening, I attune to each participant and channel specific codes that support your path, awaken dormant gifts and initiate your next phase of becoming.
This space is for those ready to go further — to activate, to trust their intuitive knowing and to deepen their connection to their own energy. You may leave with subtle yet powerful shifts, greater clarity, and a stronger relationship with your own Light Language or inner guidance.

Optional extras:
✅ There will be a yoga mat, cushion and eye mask you can use in the meditation room but if you want to take your own for extra comfort that is fine too.

⚠️ What to be aware of before consuming this plant medicine:
✔️Avoid eating two hours before. Eating a heavy meal might make you more inclined to drift off.
✔️Avoid caffeine or other stimulants from 2:30pm – this will allow the cacao to absorb more.
✔️ If you take St John's Wort, please refrain from taking it for a few days before & after.
⚠️ The cacao will be made with some of these ingredients: gluten free oat milk or almond milk, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and honey/ agave / date syrup.
⚠️ Please let me know if these ingredients do not suit you or if you have any other allergies.
⚠️ Please notify me if you are on: antidepressants, SSRIs or other medication; have a heart condition, low blood pressure, epileptic, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Be aware that the theobromine in cacao is a vasodilator: it increases the heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Cacao in the concentrated doses we consume in ceremony therefore increases blood flow to the brain & heart by at least 40% so you may be better off with a smaller dose. Cacao contains roughly a tenth of the caffeine found in coffee.
⚠️ I can easily make a smaller dose but this will be prepared earlier in the day so please let me know.
