Beginners Pilates with Hilary, suitable for anyone:
• Starting Pilates for the first time or who hasn't been for a while.
• Improvers who want to get back to basics and reinforce basic techniques.
• With injuries and conditions that require gentler, rehabilitation based exercises with modifications to suit.
