Beginners Pilates with Hilary, suitable for anyone:
• Starting Pilates for the first time or who hasn't been for a while.
• Improvers who want to get back to basics and reinforce basic techniques.
• With injuries and conditions that require gentler, rehabilitation based exercises with modifications to suit.

All equipment provided but a small towel comes in handy. There are mats but bring your own if you prefer.

Parking
There is a car park opposite on Dye Lane (free in the evenings) or you can park on the road opposite the centre. No parking behind the Friendship Inn.
