Rawia is a highly experienced facilitator of Sound as a healing modality and has been working with frequency and meditation within the somatic framework for over 20 years.
The Event:
I will be inviting you to delve into the concept of energy as a healing modality and how discovering the subtle energy body works to support you in the gong journey.
I will guide you through different guided meditations that support activation of the portals of energy within the body, and breathwork that gently guides us to rest in open awareness, before bathing you in the healing frequencies of the gongs.
This is an invitation to relax, unwind, and receive the powerful intelligence of the gongs as they work on all the subtle layers of your physical body to clear, heal and restore balance.
Vibrational healing can bring a soothing, calming effect to the nervous system, regulating the sympathetic nervous system. It supports the mind to be more rested and restores better sleep patterns.
Allowing yourself to bathe in the exquisite powerful healing sounds of the gongs is a perfect way to pamper yourself as we embrace the deep restful energy of the Earth and Universe beyond.

When attending these events please ensure that you dress for comfort.
You will be lying on the ground an hour and a yoga matt will be provided. If you require extra comfort please bring an additional mat, sheepskin or cushion, and a light blanket or scarf, as your body temperature can drop whilst resting.
Please ensure you have a drink to top up your hydration at any time.
Light refreshments will be served after the event
Please arrive from 6.30pm for a prompt start.
