A free weekly support group for parents at any stage; from conception through to grandparenthood.
Run by experienced birth workers and professional educators, we meet weekly at the amazing Nook and Noble Café in Cardigan, for our free support group.
Come and enjoy 25% off all Nook & Noble drinks and find support, community, learning and resources about pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
You can also peruse our sling and book library, access breastfeeding and weaning support, learn about a multitude of topics relating to pregnancy, birth and parenthood, and find like-minded people to build your community of support. You will also get the chance to chat with a variety of local health and well-being practitioners working to support you and your families.
There is a play area for your babies and toddlers to use, so you can drink tea and talk!

Meeting term-time Thursdays, 10 - 11.30am, Nook and Noble Cafe, except the 1st Thursday of the month, where we meet in a local nature spot.
This is a free group, though donations are welcome where it feels possible.
Just bring yourselves, as you are! Baby changing available, food and drinks can be purchased from Nook and Noble cafe, toys, blankets and cushions provided.
