Join us for a Private Pilates Session in our fully equipped home Pilates Studio.
We use the full array of Pilates equipment, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector etc...
These sessions are designed to focus on your individual needs, whether you are new to Pilates, returning from injury or are training for something specific.
1-1 Sessions are available on a Mondays and Thursdays only each week.
Niveau: All Fitness Abilities
Our Pilates sessions are held at our home studio in Durrington. When you arrive please park outside of our home either on the drive or in front of the property. You will be met at the property by your instructor.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. Any cancellation made prior to the 24 hour prior to your appointment refunded to your payment card but will be minus the booking fee.
