July Power Skating Session - 9th grade and older

3 sessions, Meets:
Friday, July 10th: 10:30-11:30am
Friday, July 17: 7-8AM
Friday, July 31: 10:30-11:30am

Focus on what matters in the off-season. Route 1 Power Skating is designed for players who want to improve speed, agility, balance, and overall skating efficiency. This high-intensity class focuses on developing powerful strides, quick transitions, edge control, explosive starts, and stops — all essential for dominating on the ice.

Open to players going into 9th grade and older.

Led by experienced coaches with a strong background in competitive hockey and skating instruction, each session includes a combination of technique drills, resistance work, and game-simulated movements. Whether you're a forward needing more acceleration or a defenseman refining backward skating, these sessions will help elevate your performance.
