Join us for a deeply immersive sound journey designed to help you relax, release and restore balance and settle into the new season after a busy summer.
We will be using a carefully curated collection of therapeutic instruments (including gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain sticks) and for this sound journey we are delighted to introduce the Handpan into the journey.

Followed by herbal tea and space afterwards for quiet integration
