I see yoga as a toolkit, and this class is all about exploring the different tools it offers. We’ll experiment with pace, style, and props to help you find what works best for you. This space is about discovering what you love, what you like, and even what you don’t—because it’s all part of the journey.
Our focus is to experience the joy of movement, breath, and rest in different ways. By exploring various approaches, you’ll gain the confidence to make your own adjustments, ensuring your practice truly serves you in a way that feels right.
CANCELLATION POLICY: My classes hold a limited number of spaces and the room has to be paid for upon reservation. For this reason, the purchase of a single class is non-refundable. If you have purchased a six class pass, you can cancel any time up to 2 hours before the class and the class will be returned to your pass. A class will not be returned to your class pass if you cancel with less than 2 hours notice.
This yoga class/event for adults is hosted, in a privately hired room, on a secondary school site where children will be present in other areas of the site for clubs and activities that are not related to Sam Turner Yoga.
Niveau: Beginner, No Experience Required & Intermediate
What do you need to bring?
• A yoga mat (if you want to borrow one - let me know in the booking information)
• A cushion/pillow
• A blanket
• Anything else that will help you relax and get comfortable
• Anything to protect you from the sun like sunscreen or a hat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated
A cushion/pillow/blanket is completely optional based on your own preferences.
We will meet in the car park at 6.25 pm - we can then walk over to our spot together a group and get setup. If you happen to be running late, please do contact me directly so I can expect you.
I will ask for your phone to be turned off/set to airplane mode to avoid any potential distractions throughout.
