Please consider bringing along a blanket, a pillow (if you need one) a yoga mat, and a comfortable cushion to sit on.
You can remain seated or lie down during the class, so feel free to bring along whatever will help you feel comfortable during the class.
If you don't have a yoga mat, please let me know as I have a few spares and can bring one along for you.
Kindly arrive a few minutes early as doors close promptly at 7pm.
