Hi, I’m Sam.
I’m a mum of two young children and have always had a passion for movement. I’ve been practising Pilates for over 20 years, and originally trained in dance when I was younger.
I am a STOTT Pilates certified Instructor and incorporate principles from the Franklin Method into my teaching. I'm also learning more about the Classical Pilates method. I’m fascinated by how the body works and love helping people move more efficiently, build strength and feel more comfortable in their bodies.
Outside the studio I enjoy running, walking and being creative. I’m also happiest on a sunny day with a good book.
My classes focus on helping you move well, build strength and develop a better understanding of your own body. I enjoy working with a wide range of people and aim to create classes that feel welcoming, supportive and accessible, whether you are completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years. My goal is to help you move with more confidence, ease and efficiency both in class and in everyday life.
