Soul Scribbles is a gentle writing and visualisation circle for women who want to reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change from the inside out.
This is a quiet, supportive space to slow down, listen, and process what you’ve been carrying without pressure to share, fix yourself, or have the right words.
Through guided journalling, visualisation and meditation practises you’ll be supported to soften your inner dialogue, build self-trust, and begin rewriting your story in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and real.
Available in person (limited to keep the circle intimate) and online.
Please bring warm comfortable clothing, your favourite journal and pen to write with.
