Rye Conscious Dance. Join us for a two hour dance and movement journey to liberate mind, body, heart and soul. An opportunity to let go of the stresses and challenges of life and to allow yourself to unwind, express and discover yourself more deeply. Experienced dance and movement facilitator Ayla Willow will treat us to her musical medicine as we move together with our bodies as the canvas. There are no steps or choreography to learn, just an invitation to free the inner dancer and to meet whatever in us wants to move. Come and meet the dancer within.
